Esnarth supports our operations in Malawi.  She has consulted on our outreach programmes, selection criteria and due diligence procedures.

Esnarth oversees the welfare of our scholars throughout their higher education courses and is developing our safeguarding programme.

Working with Satemwa Tea Estate and the wider community, she ensures the scalable growth of the charity, ensuring that we continue to offer education to an ever-increasing number of Malawi tea community’s most vulnerable, capable and ambitious young people.

As well as consulting for Rare Charity three days per week, Esnarth studied for her diploma in Community and Rural Development Studies, which she successfully gained in Spring 2020.  We are proud to have sponsored her through this course as she worked for Rare Charity.
